PROJECT DESCRIPTION
A custom intranet .Net form used to collect customer information within a secure online connection.
Project requirements gathered from management and previous form; information utilized in prototype development process.
Form utilizes SQL for data storage and backup requirements; all critical personal information is encrypted. The interface is using responsive CSS technologies.
Features include the ability for a customer to return and complete form without having to establish a username and password.
Collected information is emailed to client with an attached custom import file for Calyx Point.
